New Deck 20x40: Old decking was removed and new modern decking with a wire cable rail was installed with an elegant, open entry.
Outdoor Patio & Concrete work: Large broom finished patio was added. Then created a fire pit with modern designed outdoor seating.
Property Clean up: included removing 2 existing buildings that were not permitted. Garbage was removed and a road was cleared for future sale of property.
Complete bathroom remodel: claw foot tub installed over modern flooring. Shiplap wall behind new vanity, trimmed out windows.
